Last updated: review with counsel before launch
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreditFox, a self-help software platform that helps you organize and exercise your own rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
CreditFox provides software tools only. CreditFox does not repair credit, does not dispute items on your behalf automatically, and does not guarantee any outcome, score change, or deletion of any item. You decide which items to dispute, you review and approve every letter, and you authorize each mailing. CreditFox is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for ensuring you have a good-faith basis to dispute any item. You agree not to use CreditFox to submit disputes you know to be false. You are responsible for reviewing each generated letter before authorizing it to be mailed.
Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through your billing portal. Letter-mailing fees are charged per letter you authorize, at the rates shown at the time of authorization. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
CreditFox uses third-party providers (including Stripe for payments, PostGrid for mailing, and ConsumerDirect/SmartCredit for optional credit monitoring). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
CreditFox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreditFox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
